Please bring any imaging CDs (MRI, CT scans), recent lab results, and a list of current medications. If you've had prior surgery, operative reports are helpful.

Plan for about 30–45 minutes. We'll review your history, examine you, discuss findings, and answer every question — no rush, no feeling rushed.
